Slow Cooker Rice Pudding


2 1/2 cups cooked rice
12 oz can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Spray interior of slow cooker
Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker
Cover & cook on HIGH 2 hours OR LOW 4 hours
Stir after first hour If the rice seems to be nearly done check again after another 30 minutes and adjust cooking time accordingly
Serve warm or cold
